I have seen people, who are not a supporter, with 0 - 2 total uploads, civilian rank, only a few game medals and who have been on NG for less than two months reaching level 5, 6, 10 etc.
yet after more than a year here i'm only barely level 5
is it only 10 per day or there's other ways to earn xp?
can someone give me some advice and/or explanation?

@LexRodent jaja, eso explica porque subo de nivel sin saber porque, yo usualmente voto bien aunque no me guste del todo lo que escuche o veo, el esfuerzo siempre vale, y algunos realmente aunque no sean tan reconocidos y sean buenos siempre les voy na dar voto alto porque aquí hay muchas personas con talento las cuales están ocultas, y sobre su música, la primera vez que escucho alguna canción suya es una mezcla entre calma y animo.

The only way to gain level "fast" it's to vote daily.
(Excerpt from the NG wiki) :
" Leveling up can be done by voting on submissions and gathering EXP. You can gain a maximum of 10 EXP per day by voting on five submissions each day. "
There's also some special double exp events.
